Wi Tribe Philippines Review (Download Torrent Slow)

Wi Tribe Philippines, the newest and the most aggressive internet service provider in the Philippines today.  Just applied for the most basic plan they have today.  599 pesos a month with up to 1mbps speed.  Surfing speed is very good, watching streaming videos is good too, but one thing agents don't tell possible new customers is that, you can't download TORRENTS, can't download Movies, Music.  Basically, 50 percent of the reason why I need an internet service is basically for DOWNLOADING.   

In any deal, there's always a fine print, which usually pisses everybody off once they find out what it is.   In this case, it's the "Fair usage policy"  yes it means that, you can't DOWNLOAD torrents.  When I tried downloading the speed is 1kbps which means it will take a whole year for you to download one movie.  There's your 99% guarantee for minimum speed.   No Downloading.    The good things is there's no binding 1 year lock out.  I most probably consider getting a different internet service provider but don't you wish theres a hack or a work around to this limitation so we can get our money's worth.
