How to prevent attacks on Empire and Allies

Hire friends for your World Embassy, at level 6 you can protect
your base for 24 hours.  When you hire friends you extend
the length of time of the protection but when you activate protection
you can not attack.  If you decide to attack, it will deactivate protection
and won't be able to activate protection for the next 6 hours.
